MODERATOR

Pieter Kodde, Managing Director, Lincolnshire Management
Mr. Kodde joined LMI as a Managing Director in July 2005 and serves as a member of the Origination Team. Before joining LMI, Mr. Kodde was Managing Director of the Financial Sponsors Group for North America at Rabobank International, headquartered in New York. Rabobank is one of the world’s largest agribusiness lenders. Rabobank International focuses on offering specialized products and services for the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors. While at Rabobank, Mr. Kodde was responsible for arranging financing for approximately fifty buy-out transactions in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Kodde is regarded as a highly experienced investment professional with considerable expertise in the food and beverage industries. Prior to joining Rabobank in 1993, Mr. Kodde was with ABN in Brazil in Treasury and Corporate Finance.

Allan D.L. Weinstein-Managing Director, Lincolnshire Management 
Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1994, Mr. Weinstein was a Senior Credit Analyst at Fleet Bank, a member of Fleet Financial Group. In addition to his other responsibilities at Lincolnshire , Mr. Weinstein served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Credentials Services International, Inc. and was instrumental in its turnaround.

Joseph Paris-Founder, XONITEK Corporation

XONITEK Corporation is a management and technologies consulting firm with a worldwide presence and a reputation for excelling in the achievement of Operational Excellence with its client companies. Having extensive global experience in the disciplines of; lean six-sigma, change management and leadership in a wide variety of industry – including those in supply-chain, logistics, and manufacturing – XONITEK facilitates the realization of benefit from improving operational activities. In addition, Paris currently serves on the Board of the Systems Science and Industrial Engineering (SSIE) Department at the Watson School of Engineering atBinghamton University – and also on the Board of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) Process Industries Division (PID).

Brian Feuer-Portfolio Manager, McKinsey and Company, Inc.
Mr. Feuer has 17-years of Private Equity / Venture and Structured Finance experience. He has managed McKinsey’s Alternative Fee Portfolio (Venture / Special Situation / Private Equity / Small Cap Public) since September 2000 (9-years). The Portfolio is global in scope and non-sector specific, primarily equity in nature; special situations and structured agreements are incorporated. Mr. Feuer’s duties are top-down regarding managing various portfolio responsibilities and entities. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Feuer managed a Private Placement Mezzanine and Structured Finance Portfolio for ORIX Corporation, a Japanese multinational. Prior to Orix Corp. Mr. Feuer was a member of the merchant-banking firm of Stanhope Capital Partners, specializing in funding later stage venture investments.

Robert Kost-Managing Director, BroadPoint Gleacher
Mr. Kost is a Managing Director and Co-Heads the firm’s restructuring advisory group. Prior to joining Gleacher Partners in 2007, Mr. Kost was a Managing Director and a founding member of Lazard’s restructuring advisory group, focusing on corporate restructurings and distressed merger & acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Lazard in 1999, Mr. Kost was a Director at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in its restructuring group. He began his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in 1986 and held various positions in the merchant banking and restructuring groups. Mr. Kost’s restructuring clients have included, among others, WorldCom/MCI, Owens Corning, Collins & Aikman, Budget Rent-A-Car, Republic Steel and American Pad & Paper. Mr. Kost received an MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
